Negatives:It didn't give instructions on how to connect the hutch to the base cabinet though it was easy to figure out. Also, no instructions on how to hang a television on the cabinet. The back of the base cabinet goes all the way to the floor so all cables and power strips must go behind the cabinet with no way to hide them beneath. Positives:[...]. Looks great and it should last for years... I would highly recommend the product.

I have only had the Fireplace/TV Lift about 2 weeks, but am very impressed by its construction and features.
I was worried about it being a cheap piece of furniture, but it is not. It is large, beautiful and well made, with many well thought out features.
The small manual could be more clear. It is the bare minimum leaving you to figure out some of the features by yourself.
