This desk is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. It is great for writing a letter, paying bills or using my laptop and the shelf underneath holds a printer nicely. It is made very well, is easy to clean and it looks great too. I love it and so did everyone who came thru my open houses before selling my house. This piece of furniture got more attention than anything else out of 8 rooms.

Very Cool desk. The aluminum construction makes my new desk solid as a rock. I ordered the desk with a matching filing cabinet and chair. All the pieces are very well designed and very Clean.

Needed a desk and with the added bonus of the chair made this purchase a perfect combination. Looks and feels more expensive then actual cost. Would highly recommend this product.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO ASSEMBLE BUT ONCE IT WAS FINALLY TOGETHER IT LOOKS REALLY PRETTY

The desk is beautiful. We got the white lacquer version. Looks just as advertised. It was very easy to assemble, simply attach the legs, 5 minutes at most. I'm not sure how well the white lacquer surface will hold up as a writing surface against scratches etc., but that was our choice. We chose beauty over practicality. We are doing our whole study in white lacquer, and this was the most beautiful, modern desk I could find. We like it so much we ordered a second one (His and Hers study desk). The only complaint I have, is the drawer handles, which look cheap compared to the rest of the desk. They are a matte finish, which was not obvious to see in the pictures. It should really be chrome or stainless steel to match the legs. I might replace the handles. If you are very tall (over 6'2"), you might find the knee space limiting, as it has generous size drawers, the underside of which would come down too low on your lap. I'm 6'2", and that's really the limit for this desk.

This is such an ideal peice for limited spaces.

Solid construction with an old world look. Quality everywhere. Beautiful wood and great style. Fits in well in our antique bar room. The only difficulty was in the assembly...you need to use your own tools, but the finished product is worth it. Highly recommend!!!

Used in well-appointed lawyer's office to hold two monitors, with keyboard in drawer, beside high-quality, dark-cherry-finish, traditional desk and credenza, allowing greater privacy for monitors and more desk space. Easy to move, wide and deep enough, but also small enough; appropriate height for typing, although it is a little high for extensive use (e.g., continuous typing for more than 15-30 minutes), so I put the keyboard in my lap for that. I may modify the drawer to allow fold-down of face. Looks great. Extremely sturdy.
