These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of counter stools. The frame color and the seat cushion fabric and color are perfect. The stool is very well made and is true to the description offered. Thank you for making such a great product available without having to leave the house.

The low back fits underneath our kitchen counters and doesn't block access to the counters when not in use. Our 4 year old can climb up easily and its very sturdy. Its also very contemporary and nice looking for our remodeled kitchen.

It looks great and fits under counter, but the back is too low to lean against (it does provide stability for sitting though). I have room under the counter for a higher back to fit, I wish I had checked before I bought.
