i got this chair for my desk in room. it looks fanatastic but keep in mind the seat height becuase it could be a lil short. otherwise the price was right and shipped immediately and was free! great shopping experience!

We use this chair at our computer in our motor home. It is comfortable and has no arms to get in the way of typing. By the way, I recognize this chair as a copy of the "Bank of England" chair ! The most comfortable "wooden" chair I have ever sat in............

Our chairs give just the look we wanted to update our informal dining area off our kitchen. We ordered six chairs which arrived fully assembled. One of the chairs did have a broken leg from shipping, but was very promptly replaced by the company.

Beautiful in the dining room. Chairs look alot more expensive than they are. I've seen much more expensive chairs in the stores that look cheap.

perfect in almost every way except that the wooden seat is easy to dent. even buttons on jeans can puncture the seat, not to mention keys in your back pocket. still looking for a way to repair the punctures

Could not find a similar product in any showroom we looked at. These worked perfectly for our kitchen table with a glass top which was a little difficult to match.

Ordering chairs is like buying a pair of shoes, you really should try them on. The only negative is that the backs of the chairs angle back just a little more than what I was used to with my prior chairs.You don't get that upright support, however I've had them for a few weeks now and I find that I'm getting used to them so it's not a real notable factor anymore. I put these chairs together with the Zuo Modern Flag Dining table in Espresso and talk about a hot and contemporary look.The table has leather legs that match the chairs although different manufacturers. I like the longer backs on the chairs versus a shorter back.It's a nicer formal look and casual as well. I bought 2 of these Bulldog arm chairs for the new dining table in my home which is deep in the north woods. I made the table from lumber milled from my own trees (clear vertical grain Douglas Fir and western red alder). The Holsag chairs are a perfect design match for my new table. This dining set will last for many generations - or as long as people still eat together...
