I paid for them to put it together. Glad I did. Took the guys most of an hour to do so. Worth the money to me. The set looks really good! The finish is even across all pieces. The additional leaf is very easy to put into place then retract. Very easy. Every piece is sturdy and looks it. The only negative is that the chairs aren't that comfy to sit in. They make you lean way back if you want your back resting on the chair back. I'm not such a fan of that position. The table doubles as my work table. I work at home and need to lay out papers from time to time. Much more space than my previous table. All in all I believe I got a bargain

Nice Looking and timeless design

Really nice product. Looks so elegant even without being "decorated" with placemats, runners, etc. Great size, bigger than I expected, but that is not coming from a negative place. The chairs are sturdy and will last a while...Just hard to get all the plastic off

I was looking for a stunning and different nook set. This one immediately caught my attention, although the price is a bit higher than what I wanted to pay, it was definitely worth it. The lacquer finish is rich looking and the rattan is well sealed and super sturdy. It is unique and not at all what you would see in the stores. The fabric covering was much better than I anticipated, maybe the cushions are a bit on the firmer side, but that isn't really a complaint. The feet glider on the chairs could have been a bit better - but I went ahead and bought my own and they glide much better. The chairs aren't overly large or small - the right side for our nook. Overall if you are looking for something unique and beautiful - this one will get many compliments.

This is a very comfortable set. It looks like I spent alot more money. The only bad thing, is the black finish could use a little more antiquing, but that's my personal preference. The chairs are a little uneven, but putting felt on the bottom solves the problem. It shipped great, and was packaged well. Easy to put together. I love our new table!
